Chile Tours, Company
Chile Tours was established in 1998 with the specific purposes of developing lesser-known areas of the country as attractive tour destinations and integrating the many and diverse highlights with those in the neighbouring countries of Argentina, Peru and Bolivia.
In the early days, we were proud pioneers in regions that have grown to be better known and in others where tourism is still, today, in its infancy. We were the first operator to introduce a diving programme in Easter Island, the first to feature a complete circuit of the Chilean and Argentinian Lake District also including San Martin de Los Andes and Pucon and our programmes also integrated the more unusual Futaleufu in Chile and Esquel in Argentina. And we continue to offer the lesser-known lake crossing option of Pirihueico and Lacer Lake between the two Andean neighbours.
Our tours highlight spectacularly beautiful El Yeso Reservoir and Rio Olivares, where we are often the only visitors, allowing clients to enjoy the majestic scenery of the mountains and the flight of the Condor.
Throughout 11 years of operation, our staff has continued to travel extensively in Latin America to respond to requests from loyal clients to enable Chile Tours to offer itineraries in Mexico, Costa Rica, Brazil, Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands.
As well as including the standard popular destinations we have arranged trips for BBC Television, collaborated with the British Museum Travel Division and organised training treks for the British Army, demonstrating the versatility of our portfolio.
The Chile Tours, provides the experience of travel to the most famous places in Southern Patagonia., including the Magellan Strait, Tierra del Fuego Island ,the Beagle Channel., and the Cape Horn as you journey through waters of the southern ocean, which are home to whales, dolphins, penguins, and...
